Arriba Bad this time with photos

On Thursday afternoon we did go back to the pool, this time with Max also.  I must admit I spend a little bit of time lounging about in the outdoor pool, then heated up in the indoor spa pool and then headed off for the showers only to retreat to the lounge chairs for the rest of the afternoon armed with the camera.

Here is what I saw:

This is the relaxed ‘tropical pool’ area which also has waves every half hour.

This is the outside pool, which is my favourite, Above it looms the silver slide which whips you around from side to side. The children really like it, but I only did it once.

This is the ‘Wildwasser Kanal’, the ‘wild water channel’. The kids’s favourite. The current is really strong and every so often there is a pool of rushing water that the sliding person get wooshed into and I ended up with a lot of wild water up my nostrils every time I used this slide. It was great fun and slightly addictive though. Tessa tells me I should have sat up rather than more or less lying down and then I wouldn’t have ended up with wild water up my nose…

The promised movies didn’t work, I couldn’t find them.  Sorry.

I will know how all of this stuff works once I am back home…
